The partnership focuses on aligning employers and training institutions, improving career pathways, and responding to evolving workforce needs through coordinated, employer-led solutions.
HHW Ohio
HHW Ohio accelerates women’s advancement as workplace and community leaders by connecting women and girls to career pathways, networks of support, and skill-building opportunities. Founded in 1979 (formerly Hard Hatted Women), the organization works with industry, education, and community partners to help women pursue high-demand, high-wage careers as a pathway to economic security and a stronger Ohio economy.


Friends of Max Hayes
Friends of Max Hayes is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Max S. Hayes High School, a nationally recognized career-technical high school serving Cleveland students. The organization helps sustain and expand hands-on career pathways by strengthening connections between education, industry, and community partners, ensuring students are prepared for both careers and continued learning.
